You can claim Chicken, Mutton, Egg and Veg. Biryani as your free Biryani.

For Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai and Vizag guests
You can claim Single Chicken, Single Mutton, Egg and Veg. Biryani as your free Biryani.

Your Gems are valid for 1 year. You should claim your free Biryani within 60 days from the time you become eligible for it.

The time period to accumulate free Biryani is 2 months and the offer expires after 3 months from the time you become eligible for it.
Scenario 1:
1) Customer accumulates 5 Biryanis in 2 months
2) Customer purchases 1 Biryani on January 5, 2018
3) Customer purchases 2 Biryanis on January 25, 2018
4) Customer purchases 2 Biryani on February 28, 2018
You become eligible to claim your free Biryani on March 1 and the offer will be valid till June 30, 2018.
Scenario 2:
Customer has not accumulated 5 Biryanis in 2 months. The system will calculate the eligibility within a window of 2 months:
1) Customer purchases 1 Biryani on January 5, 2018
2) Customer purchases 2 Biryanis on January 15, 2018
3) Customer purchases 1 Biryani on February 15, 2018
4) Customer purchases 2 Biryanis on March 15, 2018
5) Customer purchases 2 Biryanis on March 30, 2018
As mentioned above, the customer did not purchase enough Biryanis in January and February and hence he is not eligible for free biryani. But, in February and March, he has purchased 5 Biryanis, which makes him eligible for a free Biryani during the February and March window. The free Biryani gets updated on April 1, 2018 and will be valid till July 30, 2018.
